Professional Experience:

Davis Chau’s areas of expertise are project finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, breakthrough strategy development, venture negotiation as well as party and government relations.

Mr. Chau served in senior positions at IBM, Oracle and Platinum Technology. He also worked as director at a number of listed companies. Mr. Chau is currently advisor on investment banking for the China Construction Bank and PuDong Development Bank as well as adjunct professor for the Business School at the University of Hong Kong.
