K. Wan join Alliance since August 2009 as a consultant. He worked in the Finance field since 1987, after graduated in University of London. He has in depth product knowledge in Money Market, Foreign Exchange Market as well as Capital Market, gained through his working career with United Overseas Bank (HK), Citibank (NA) and Deutsche Bank.

He has been Investment Advisor to numerous ultrahigh net-worth individuals in China as well as HK Listed Companies. These people included some of the richest Chinese nationals and well-known figures in HK. He is also well connected with Private Equities and Hedge Funds, both in China and overseas. He is mandated by many institutions for deal sourcing, both direct investment and M&A.
